Edward Wright left his mark in the fabric of our city, he was one of our most successful early architects. He won many competitions for building designs, some featured here, often in partnership with other architects. Wright also argued publicly for the use of Italianate design in our mediterranean climate. This tour visits some of his most well-known buildings in the heart of the City of Adelaide, with stories told by Keith Conlon, chair of the South Australian Heritage Council
